What to do when Payoneer Account is locked


Recently, I received a lot of feedback from readers asking about the problem of Payoneer account being locked , what to do next?

There are many reasons why the account is locked, most of which are due to the wrong password login more than 3 times, not remembering personal information, being hacked...

If you enter the wrong password 3 times in a row, your Payoneer account will be locked within 30 minutes . Please wait another 30 minutes, the account will be automatically reopened.
If you do not remember your login password, use the Reset Password function  in the login page. Don't try to log in more than once or you'll make things worse.
Note: the login username is the email address associated with Payoneer.

If your Payoneer account is locked or you receive an error message saying “ Account Locked (MA104) ”, please contact Customer Care immediately for  further assistance.

Passwords can only be re-provided by Customer Support VN (Customer Support VN) according to the process of verifying genuine information. There is no other way.

Functions that continue to BE used when the account is locked:

Receive payment to normal Payoneer account from company/partner
Can withdraw ATM
Withdrawal to local bank account
Receive Make a Payment from another account
The functions temporarily LOCKED for 1 month are as follows:

Do not transfer Make a Payment to another account for 1 month
From the date of password recovery, after 1 month, please contact VN Customer Care to reopen all functions.
